Technical difficulties at RIM PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 12 October 2011 00:00

Dear valued clients,

As you have likely already heard, Blackberry/RIM has been experiencing outages that have created service failures worldwide. The outages began on Tuesday evening, and as of right now RIM still have not indicated their expected timeline for resolving the problem and restoring Blackberry e-mail services.

We would like to assure you that E.L.P. Multimedia's servers are functioning properly. If you are experiencing e-mail problems that are limited specifically to your Blackberry device, please note that this is due to RIM's service issues.

For further information, you may review these recent news articles:

We will send another message once RIM confirms that Blackberry services have been restored. We recommend you to contact your cellular provider.

Thank you for you continued support.

ELPMI adjusts to Canada Post’s rolling strikes PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 14 June 2011 11:03

For the past two weeks, Canada Post workers have been threatening with the idea of a general strike. For just over one week now, they have been conducting rolling strikes. On June 13, we have learned that Canada Post will only make deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting this week.

ELPMI must therefore adapt to the problems of Canada Post. Starting this week, we are asking our customers to issue payment of any new billing or renewal by credit card through PayPal. Please note that you are not required to have a PayPal account, since this payment method is configured for your ease of use.

If you are not able to make payments to us by credit card, we ask that you contact us to make other arrangements where possible.

Thank you,
Éric Laperrière - President
E.L.P. Multimédia Inc.

Note: For more detailed information concerning the Canada Post strike, we invite you to read the latest announcement on cyberpresse.ca
