It is not necessary to open an account for questions concerning sales or requests for information. Existing clients should create an account for technical support or for questions concerning billing.
Usual response times
Minor to moderate requests: between 1-2 business days Examples of minor requests: billing questions, sales questions, minor corrections of text or images, non-specific troubleshooting. Examples of moderate requests: significant corrections of text or images, problems with buttons, menus or links, intermittent time-out from e-mail server, specific troubleshooting. Major requests: 1 business day Examples of major requests: error pages on website, missing images, frequent time-out from e-mail server, previous requests not yet resolved (please have your support ID number) Urgent requests: 6 hours or less Examples of urgent requests: unable to connect to e-mail client, website unresponsive for more than one hour, intermittent connection problem to website Critical requests: 3 hours or less Critical requests: immediate need of assistance. ** A fee of $35.00 will apply for each critical request, plus the time applicable for the resolution of the problem.**
